This qualification is designed to respond to the needs of builders and managers of SMEs.
The building authority may also be the properly licenced person responsible in the State or Territory by the respective building licencing authority. Builder permits vary from one Member State to another, and additional conditions may be required for the achievement of that credential.

• Builder & Construction Manager
• 18 years old and above at the time of enrolment
• Pre-training review
• LLN test
For Qualification by RPL the candidate MUST provide the following required documents:
1. 100 points ID
2. Unique Student Identifier – USI number
3. Resume (Relevant Industry)
4. Reference Letter (Relevant Industry)
5. Payslip
6. Work site Photos & Videos evidences
To be awarded this qualification, competency must be achieved in 16 units of competency made up of 13 core units of competency and 3 elective units.
